Channy joined our Scholarship program in February 2022 after she graduated from Sangke High School. She studied English for 4 years at the Cambodian Village Fund English program. Channy was born on 26 March 2002 and grew up in Prey Touch village. She has four sisters. Her parents are farmers and can't afford the cost of her college education. In her spare time she likes to read books. Channy is active in her community. She says: ”I will develop my community and help teach the children in the village..." Channy wants to be a teacher and is currently studying English Literature at the National University of Battambang.
