SOVANN Chanthy
Graduate - BA 2015

Chanthy joined our Scholarship program in 2010 when she was a senior in high school. She was born 15 September 1992.  Chanthy is our first college graduate, completing work on her Bachelor's degree at the National University of Management in Phnom Penh in August 2015. Her degree is in banking and finance. She works as a financial analyst for DKSH Cambodia in Phnom Penh. Chanthy is the youngest of 4 children. Her parents are farmers who sold some of their land to pay for college for their other children, all of whom graduated. Chanthy's mother passed away in 2015.

Chanthy is married and has started her family with the birth of a son in October 2021. She is able to save a little money and hopes to be able to help other Cambodians to get a good education.
