Daly joined our scholarship program in January 2024 after graduating from Sangke High School. She was born on 30 March 2005 in Prey Domrey Village. She has 2 married sisters, 2 married brothers and one unmarried sister. Daly is the youngest. Her father is ill and unable to work. Her mother grows vegetables for a living.

Daly applied for a CVF scholarship because that was the only way she could afford university. She studies banking at Build Bright University with the goal of working in a bank after she graduates from university.
