Reaksmey was born on 26-March, 2006 in Kaun Khlong Village. Her father is a farmer and her mother sells vegetables at the Kaun Khlong market. She has 1 married sister who is a teacher and 2 brothers, both farmers. While she was living at home, she helped her mom at the market.

Reaksmey applied for a CVF scholarship because her family did not have resources to pay for college.

Reaksmey attends Build Bright University, majoring in Management. She wants to have her own business.
