Vanchhai was born on 14 April 2007. She joined the CVF scholarship program when she was 18, after completing her first year at the University of Management and Economics. She is a graduate of Sangke High School. While in High School, Vanchhai was a volunteer teaching assistant in the CVF English language program. Her father passed away in 2022. Her mother is a farmer. She has one sister. After she graduates from college, she wants to become a teacher.
