Seange joined the scholarship program in November 2025 after graduating from Preah Monivong High School at age 18 and earning a high score on the national high school exit exam. Seange was born in O’takormi Village in Toul Ta Ek Commune on 29 November 2007. Her family now lives in Kaun Khlong Village in Prey Touch Commune. She was raised by a single mother, who works as a salesperson, earning a small salary. Seange has one brother. She is a student at Build Bright University majoring in Marketing. She wants to be a businesswoman after she graduates.
